Terms of Service

Grovework retails manual, no-brand tools and gear for the garden, backyard and workbench, plus an optional membership. All prices are in USD. We ship physical goods internationally where available.

Grovework only sells goods. We do not provide, quote for, undertake or broker any building, construction, repair, installation or trade service, and we do not give engineering, structural, costing or compliance advice. Our products must not be treated as, or substituted for, professional trade services. Nothing on this site is an offer to carry out work.

• Power tools of any kind.
• Load-bearing, structural, electrical, gas, plumbing or drainage parts.
• Seeds, plants, live goods, fertiliser, pesticide or chemicals.

We sell only manual tools and general consumer garden, backyard and craft goods.

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm and process payment. Prices, availability and kit contents may change; obvious errors may be corrected before dispatch. All amounts are charged in USD via our payment provider.

Membership is an optional, recurring subscription providing service benefits only — member pricing, shipping and returns windows. It is not points, stored value or a withdrawable balance, and benefits do not carry over between periods. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

You must be at least 18 to buy items containing blades or bladed multi-tools. Under-13s must not use the store; those aged 13–17 need a parent or guardian's consent, and sharp, hot or load-bearing items require adult supervision. You are responsible for using every tool safely and per its instructions — see our Product Safety & Disclaimers.

Your statutory rights and our return, refund and shipping terms are set out in our Returns & Refunds and Shipping & Delivery policies, which form part of these terms.

Use of the site is subject to our Acceptable Use policy. All site content is owned by or licensed to Grovework. Our products are our own no-brand designs and carry no third-party logos or protected marks.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for misuse of a tool contrary to its instructions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to its courts, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Questions: support@reganbuild.shop.
