Shipping & Delivery

Standard shipping is a flat $12 per order, charged at checkout in USD. Allotment members receive priority handling and Master Grower members receive priority shipping as part of their membership benefits.

• Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days.
• Domestic delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• International delivery typically takes 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs.

These are estimates, not guarantees; carriers and customs can affect timing.

We ship internationally where available. At checkout you can select any destination we currently serve. Some remote destinations may be unavailable for certain items.

Kits containing blades or bladed multi-tools (for example the Pruning & Shaping Pro Set, Camp & Trail Day Kit and Bench-to-Border Set) are sold to adults 18+ and cannot be shipped to destinations where import of such items is restricted or prohibited. If a restriction applies to your address, we will contact you to adjust or refund the affected items.

For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes or fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices. Please check your local import rules before ordering.

If your parcel is lost, significantly delayed or arrives damaged, contact support@reganbuild.shop with your order reference and any photos. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate, in line with our Returns & Refunds policy.

Please enter your delivery address carefully. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
